MulDia will process the information provided by the owner of the data (hereinafter referred to indistinctly as «user», «interested party» and/or «customer») through the different channels provided in accordance with the following purposes:
– To manage and attend to users’ queries through the website. The user’s data will be kept for this purpose until the user opposes or revokes their consent.
– To guarantee the quality of our services by recording telephone calls made to MulDia.
– To manage the recruitment process for MulDia. The user’s data will remain active in the MulDia candidate database for 3 years after the user has provided it to MulDia.
– To manage business relations with customers who have entered into or are in the process of entering into a business relationship with MulDia. The processing of this personal data will be carried out for the purposes of administrative and accounting management, the execution of a contract or the application of pre-contractual measures.
– To promote our products among our customers and those who have given their consent to receive commercial communications.

With regard to telephone recordings, the processing of data will be carried out on the basis of MulDia legitimate interest in ensuring the quality of its services.

The rights that the user can exercise are:
